An individual surgical plan for every patient

In plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery I make every decision after I have examined you, assessed your anatomy and talked openly with you about what you expect.

Every patient's story is different

I do not work from templates. I listen first, examine, and then say openly what is possible and what would not suit you. We make the decision together.

What my approach rests on

  • A surgical plan made separately for every patient
  • An open conversation about risks and recovery
  • A natural look and preserved function
  • Staged follow-up after the operation

My training and authorisation

When you choose a plastic surgeon, check the surgeon's training and authorisation to practise first. You can verify each item below with an official source.

Authorisation to practise

Ministry of Health list

My name is on the official list of doctors authorised to practise plastic surgery in Azerbaijan.

Specialty

Residency in plastic surgery

From 2019 to 2024 I completed the full residency programme required by law at the A. Aliyev Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors.

Medical degree

Azerbaijan Medical University

I graduated from the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention I in 2019.

Workplace

A state clinic

I work at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic under the Ministry of Health. The clinic is also a residency and advanced training base.

Four steps from consultation to follow-up

The operation is a single day. The preparation before it and the follow-up after it matter just as much for the result.

  1. Consultation

I listen to your concern and expectations, examine you and explain the technique that suits you and what it can achieve.

  2. Preparation

I order tests and any examinations you need, the anaesthetist sees you, and we finalise the plan together.

  3. Operation

I operate in the clinic's operating block together with the anaesthetist and the medical team.

  4. Follow-up

I follow your recovery with planned visits, remove the stitches and answer your questions.

Surgery for burns, injuries and birth differences under state insurance

In most cases you do not pay for surgery on scars left by an accident or a burn, on tightness that limits movement, or on birth differences such as a cleft lip. The cost is met by compulsory health insurance, the medical insurance the state pays for every citizen. These operations are called reconstructive, meaning restorative: the aim is to bring back the shape and working of a damaged part of the body, not to improve looks. Bring your ID card when you apply, and we check on the spot whether your case is covered and tell you.

Operations done purely for appearance (aesthetic), such as nose reshaping or breast enlargement, are not covered by insurance and are paid for.

Frequently asked questions

The questions I hear most often at consultations. I can only give a precise answer about your own situation after an examination.

How does the first consultation go?

I first listen to your concern and what you hope for, then examine you. After that I explain which technique suits you, the possible risks, the recovery period and the result you can realistically expect. A consultation is not consent to surgery; you have time to think.

How can I check a plastic surgeon's authorisation?

The Ministry of Health publishes on its official website the list of specialist doctors authorised to practise plastic surgery. My name is on that list. Whichever surgeon you see, check their name against it first.

What does an individual plan mean?

An operation with the same name is not performed the same way in two patients. The plan is built on your anatomy, the qualities of your skin and tissue, your general health and the change you want. Sometimes the right decision is a smaller operation, or none at all.

How should I prepare for surgery?

Before the operation I order tests and any examinations you need, and an anaesthetist also sees you. Be sure to tell me about the medicines you take, chronic conditions and allergies. If you stop smoking a few weeks before surgery, you will heal better. I give you the exact preparation list at the consultation.

What anaesthesia is used?

It depends on the type and extent of the operation. Rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty and breast surgery are usually done under general anaesthesia, while smaller procedures may be done under local anaesthesia or sedation. The anaesthetist decides the method with you after an examination.

How long does recovery take?

It varies by operation. Most patients return to daily life within one to two weeks after eyelid surgery, and within two to three weeks after rhinoplasty and body contouring. Swelling can take months to settle fully and for the final result to form.

Is the result guaranteed?

No. An honest surgeon does not guarantee a result, because tissue heals differently in every person. At the consultation I explain the result you can realistically expect and its limits, so that you decide with full information.

What are the risks?

Every operation carries risk: bleeding, infection, scarring, asymmetry, temporary changes in sensation and risks related to anaesthesia. Careful examination, preparation and following the advice after surgery reduce them. We go through the risks that apply to you at the consultation.

Are operations covered by compulsory health insurance?

Compulsory health insurance mainly covers necessary reconstructive operations: restorative surgery related to injury, burns and congenital differences. Operations for aesthetic purposes are currently not part of the package. I check whether your case is covered when you get in touch.

Is there an age limit for aesthetic surgery?

Aesthetic operations are usually done once the body and face have finished developing. Reconstructive operations for congenital differences and injuries are also performed in childhood. There is no upper age limit; general health is what matters.

How is follow-up organised after surgery?

I plan follow-up visits for the first days after surgery, for the day I remove the stitches and for the months that follow. If any change worries you, contact me without waiting for the next visit.

How are my data and photos protected?

This website does not store what you type into the form. I use your medical information and photos only for your treatment and never share them without your written consent.

An open conversation before the decision

You can book a consultation by phone or with the short form. At the visit I answer your questions and explain the technique that suits you and how recovery will go.

Consultation request

One of the two is enough. If you leave a phone number, I can get back to you sooner.

Please do not include health information in this form.
